Mental health care does not always happen in one office.
LifeWise Counseling and Wellness works hard to build relationships with trusted professionals and organizations that provide services outside the scope of our practice. These referral partners may offer additional support when clients need psychiatric care, medication management, a higher level of treatment, specialized services, or nonclinical coaching.
When clinically appropriate and with the client’s consent, we work collaboratively with our referral partners to support continuity of care, strengthen communication, and provide thoughtful, coordinated care for our clients.
Coaching and Personal Development
Brian Carlson, M.S. | Holistic Life Coaching
Brian Carlson provides nonclinical life coaching for individuals, adolescents, parents, and families seeking support with personal growth, relationships, parenting, life balance, goals, and overall wellness.
Services include individual coaching, group coaching, webinars, and other educational and personal development services.
Please note: Life coaching is not psychotherapy and does not replace mental health treatment when clinical care is needed.
Psychiatry and Medication Management
Shiloh Health
Shiloh Health is an integrative psychiatry practice serving children, adolescents, and adults. Their approach combines psychiatric care with consideration of lifestyle, physical health, and other factors that may affect mental wellness.
Services include psychiatric evaluations, medication management, psychotherapy, lifestyle coaching, and additional integrative services.
Pine Psychiatric Care Services provides psychiatric services for children, adolescents, and adults ages six and older in Texas.
Services include psychiatric assessment and evaluation, medication management and treatment, and supportive therapy, with an emphasis on individualized care and consideration of biological, psychological, and social factors.
Higher Levels of Care
Pathlight Mood and Anxiety Center | Fort Worth| Dallas
Pathlight provides higher levels of mental health care for adults experiencing mood, anxiety, trauma related, and other behavioral health concerns.
The Fort Worth location offers Partial Hospitalization and Intensive Outpatient treatment, providing additional structure and clinical support for individuals whose needs extend beyond traditional outpatient counseling.
The Hambrick Center for Counseling and Biofeedback
The Hambrick Center provides a mental health Intensive Outpatient Program for adolescents and adults who need more structured support than traditional weekly counseling but do not require inpatient hospitalization.
Their program includes group therapy, individual support, mental health education, care coordination, and individualized treatment planning for concerns including depression, anxiety, trauma, and PTSD.
