We want the financial side of counseling to be clear from the beginning. Fees vary by provider level, and insurance participation varies by clinician and plan.

Consultation

A complimentary 15 minute consultation with Stacy Hixon, our Clinical Director, gives us a chance to understand your needs, answer questions, review payment and insurance options, and help match you with the LifeWise provider who may be the best fit.

Client consultations are not therapy sessions and do not establish a therapeutic relationship.

Please provide 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling so we can continue offering complimentary availability.

Insurance availability and costs vary by provider and plan. Coverage, eligibility, network status, copays, deductibles, coinsurance, and contracted rates are determined by the insurance company.
