About Lynn
Lynn brings decades of leadership, service, and real world experience from his background as a U.S. Navy Veteran, Texas Peace Officer, Law Enforcement Administrative Lieutenant and Employee Resource Manager.
In his role, Lynn supports the day to day operations of LifeWise, helping ensure the practice runs efficiently and remains responsive to the needs of both the team and the people we serve. His extensive experience in leadership, personnel support, organizational operations, and high pressure environments brings a practical, organized, and solutions focused perspective to the practice.
Lynn is also available for speaking engagements and psychoeducational events, drawing from his experience in military service, law enforcement, leadership, employee support, and first responder culture. He is actively involved with Steel Armor Mindset, furthering his commitment to supporting first responders, military communities, and those who serve alongside them.
Lynn works in a nonclinical capacity and does not provide counseling, psychotherapy, or other mental health treatment.

Beyond the Office
Lynn has been married to Stacy for over 23 years, which means he has mastered teamwork, patience “, and selective hearing. He’s proud of their daughter Hazel, son-in-law Brayden, and a growing family of dogs that may or may not listen to him.
Outside of work and public service, Lynn enjoys outdoor adventures, barbecuing, and researching bourbon with the seriousness of a graduate-level thesis. He has also developed a love of running and enjoys training for races and other running events.
