Important Insurance Information
- Insurance acceptance varies by provider and may change.
- Participation with an insurance company does not guarantee that a specific plan, employer group, or service is covered.
- Clients are responsible for confirming network status, benefits, deductibles, copayments, coinsurance, referral requirements, and authorization requirements directly with their insurance plan.
- Couples or family counseling may not be covered when the service does not meet the plan’s medical-necessity requirements.
- Private-pay rates apply when insurance is not used, a service is not covered, or the provider is not in network with the client’s plan.
