Approach
Lynn brings decades of leadership, service, and real-world experience to his work as a Certified Life Coach, U.S. Navy Veteran, and Corrections Lieutenant and Texas Peace Officer.
Lynn’s coaching style is collaborative, direct, and grounded in accountability. He works with individuals, couples, first responders, and military families to clarify goals, strengthen communication, navigate transitions, and build lives that feel more intentional and sustainable.
His approach is practical, supportive, and deeply informed by experience in high-stress, service-based roles.
Personal
Lynn has been married to Stacy for over 23 years, which means he has mastered teamwork, patience, and selective hearing. He’s proud of their daughter Hazel, son-in-law Brayden, and a growing family of dogs that may or may not listen to him.
Outside of coaching and public service, Lynn enjoys outdoor adventures, DIY projects, barbecuing, and researching bourbon with the seriousness of a graduate-level thesis.
