Lynn Hixon is the Co-Founder and Partner of LifeWise Counseling and Wellness, where he brings decades of leadership, service, and a deep commitment to personal development. As a Certified Life Coach, U.S. Navy Veteran, and current Corrections Lieutenant and Deputy with the Tarrant County Sheriff’s Office, Lynn brings a unique blend of experience, empathy, and strategic insight to his coaching practice.
Lynn’s coaching style is collaborative, results-oriented, and grounded in accountability. He works with individuals, couples, first responders, and military families to help them identify goals, navigate life transitions, strengthen communication, and unlock their full potential. His diverse background allows him to deeply connect with clients from all walks of life—particularly those in high-stress or service-based roles.

A Personal Note
Lynn has been married to his soulmate, Stacy, for over 20 years. Together, they raised their daughter Hazel and co-founded LifeWise as a reflection of their shared mission to serve and support others. He cherishes time with Hazel, her husband, Brayden, their Shih Tzus Elli Ruth and Winnie the Tzu, granddog DougDoug the Pug—and proudly embraces his role as “granddad” to their extended furry family.
Outside of coaching and public service, Lynn enjoys outdoor adventures, DIY projects with Stacy, barbecuing, and exploring the world of fine bourbon. Whether leading, guiding, or mentoring, Lynn’s life is defined by purpose, service, and unwavering dedication to those around him.
