Approach

Stacy offers a down-to-earth, trauma-informed, and nonjudgmental approach to care. She enjoys working with adults, couples, and families from all backgrounds, identities, and lived experiences. She is committed to providing culturally responsive care that respects the values, experiences, and realities of those she serves.

She helps clients build healthier relationships, set boundaries, process trauma, and strengthen emotional resilience using evidence-based practices tailored to each person.

In addition to counseling, Stacy provides supervision to master’s-level counseling students and LPC Associates, offers consulting, and speaks on topics including law enforcement mental health, ADHD, and overall wellness. She has developed a program for first responders, military veterans, and their families focused on resilience, trauma recovery, and navigating the unique demands of service-oriented careers.

Personal

Stacy has been married to her husband, Lynn, for over 23 years. Together they somehow survived full-time work, military service, graduate school, and parenting, which is proof that therapy skills do, in fact, work in real life.

Outside the office, she enjoys DIY projects, interior design, and going down research rabbit holes she swears will be “just five more minutes.” Her favorite role is within her family, including her daughter Hazel, son-in-law Brayden, two Shih Tzus, a granddog, a grandcat, and grandrats who appear to be running things.
