About Caity
Caity Boyd is a Trauma Informed Life Coach and an intern in her Masters program for counseling. She brings heartfelt compassion and real-world insight to her work. Her path into counseling was born from a deep-rooted desire to help others navigate life’s challenges and embrace personal growth.
As a counselor intern, Caity is committed to providing a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental space where clients can explore their struggles, process their emotions, and move toward healing. With a calm and empathetic presence, she walks alongside each client on their journey of self-discovery, resilience, and empowerment.
Trauma-Informed Life Coaching is not therapy. Instead, it helps you set and achieve personal goals while understanding how past trauma might affect your mindset. It’s forward-focused and empowering, offering guidance in a supportive, growth-oriented space.

She enjoys walks with her pups, quality time with Annelise, and finding peace in life’s small, meaningful moments.
