NOW ACCEPTING NEW CLIENTS · FREE 15-MIN CONSULTATION
At LifeWise Counseling we offer trauma-informed counseling for adults, couples, and teens across Texas, including first responders, veterans, and LGBTQIA+ clients who are tired of constantly explaining themselves before they can begin to heal. Every client starts with real assessments, so you’ll leave your first session knowing what’s going on and with one thing you can work on that week.
Prefer to text? (817) 602-8520. No cost, no commitment.

Every client starts with real assessments, and every session gives you something practical to take home.
Individual counseling covers anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, stress, identity, women’s health, and life transitions, beginning with assessments. You’ll leave session one with a clear picture of what’s going on and tools to use in between visits.
Couples counseling tackles what actually breaks relationships down: communication, trust, conflict, intimacy, and boundaries. We help you understand your own patterns and build better ones. No blame games.
Family counseling addresses the daily strain that appears among family relationships: recurring conflict, breakdowns in communication, or a big transition that requires patience during an adjustment. We work on the patterns underneath it, while developing healthy boundaries.
You shouldn’t have to explain yourself before you get to heal. We offer trauma-informed care for first responders, military and veterans, and neurodivergent clients, and affirming care for LGBTQIA+ clients.

Owner and clinical director of LifeWise Counseling, Stacy works with adults across Texas, often first responders, veterans, and LGBTQIA+ clients working through trauma, stress, and relationships. Every client starts with real assessments, so each session provides a clear picture of what’s going on and something concrete to work on. Her approach is grounded in CBT and delivered without the clinical distance: plain talk, humor-infused, and a client list that runs from bank presidents to DoorDash drivers. Stacy is available for both virtual and in-person sessions.
