Step 4: Note your username and password.

Step 5: Bookmark the site.

Step 6: After scheduling your consultation, you will receive an email from LifeWise at SimplePractice. Please read and sign all documents before your consultation.

Step 7: From your portal account, you will schedule sessions, access your video session link, send and receive messages, access homework, and payments will be automatically deducted from your card on file after your service.
